What has been your career journey to get
into digital infrastructure?
hen I 昀椀rst joined the digital infrastructure industry, I was struck
by the multitude of opportunities available. It wasn’t just
the diverse 昀椀elds within HR that captivated me, but also the
industry’s initiatives focused on inclusivity, such as working with local
colleges to promote diversity and provide equal opportunities for
under-represented groups. It was truly inspiring.

I quickly realised that this industry offered a vast landscape to explore
and learn. I found myself involved in various projects, not only related
to diversity but also incorporating new technologies within HR. This
environment demanded mental agility and openness to constant
change—qualities that are essential because digital infrastructure is
always evolving with new challenges and innovations.
