How would you describe your leadership
style today?
“I feel very fortunate
to be in an agency
and an industry that
continues to give
me the opportunity
to grow”
My leadership style is grounded in having a clear understanding of what
each role at the agency actually requires. I’ve worked in all types of agency
roles, so I understand the expectations from both sides. I know what
clients are looking for, but also what it takes internally to deliver that work
consistently. That perspective helps me support the team in a way that is
realistic and balanced, rather than purely focused on output.
A big part of my approach is helping people understand where they add
the most value. Rather than trying to 昀椀t individuals into a 昀椀xed structure,
I focus on identifying their strengths and shaping their role around that.
When people are clear on what they are good at and how that contributes
to the wider team, they tend to perform at a much higher level.
I also believe strongly in trust and ownership. I am not someone who
micromanages. People need the space to take responsibility for their work,
but that only works if there is clear and open communication. Mistakes
are part of the process, but they need to be shared so that they can be
addressed early.
I also place a strong emphasis on collaboration. In our 昀椀eld, the best
outcomes rarely come from one person working in isolation. Collaborating
with clients and as an agency creates amazing work. As a leader, it is about
bringing together different perspectives and shaping them into a clear
direction. That applies across all levels of the team.
Finally, I see leadership as something that requires continuous learning.
The industry is growing so quickly, and different roles bring different
insights. Being open to learning from across the team, regardless of level,
is an important part of staying effective as a leader.
