KLON-03: An AI-ready
blueprint for climate
resilient computing
In 2025-26 we were delighted to announce we are on track for the
completion of our new 17.6MW ‘KLON-03’ facility in Harlow for
early 2027. KLON-03 is purpose-built for GPU-accelerated advanced
computing and industrial-scale AI workloads. In line with the UK
government’s AI Opportunities Action Plan, it will provide one of the
country’s largest footprints of liquid-cooled data centre capacity.
KLON-03 also sets a new standard for environmental and water
sustainability by offering customers an AI-ready blueprint for climate
resilient computing at Kao Data, now and in the future.
