Hi Kalay, can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Sure, I was born and raised in Durban, on the east coast of
South Africa, and began my career in healthcare recruitment,
placing doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals
into the NHS and international organisations.
Throughout my career, I have focused on building inclusive,
high-performing workplaces where people can develop,
contribute and thrive. I am proud to have been recognised
in the Top 100 Women in Data Centres list for both 2025
and 2026. Receiving this honour re昀氀ects not only my own
journey, but also the growing diversity of leadership across
the industry and the importance of increasing visibility
for women and underrepresented groups in the digital
infrastructure sector.
