group.
Responsibilities include
primary ownership of key
operational functions
including customer
implementation, data
centre design and
construction, engineering,
networks and systems,
security, incident
management and health
and safety.
Leads talent acquisition,
development and retention
at Kao Data, and will create
the operational framework
for attracting, training and
retaining diverse talent as
the organisation scales up.
